Returns

RETURNS:

  • The customer is responsible to send an item back to us as we do not offer free returns 
  • Order cancellations must be made in writing via email. To cancel your order please contact us at contact@hischains.com including your order number to discuss next steps. 
  • Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period and notify via the email. 
  • Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion. We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached. 
  • To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. 
  • Returns must be sent by a recorded delivery service i.e. a signature is needed on delivery, please keep proof of this postage as we cannot refund for lost post. 
  • Sale Items can only be exchanged for another item or a credit note.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We will allow you to exchange an item for a different size or colour. If you're exchanging for a different item we will charge for any cost increase but we do not cover any cost decrease.

 

ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED?

  • If your item has not arrived please get in contact and we will message our shipping partners - contact@hischains.com
  • For items that have been returned due to customer error on checkout - we will charge a shipping fee to resend these items.
  • Failed Delivery: If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
  • Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. We ask that the delivery address you choose is secure and there will be someone there to receive your parcel.
